摘 要:用原子吸收分光光度法研究了不同地点的水体和螺蛳体内的铜、锌、铬、镉、铅 5种重金属的含量 ,结果显示水体中锌的含量最高达到 1 7μg/L.其次是铜为 3μg/L ,铬和铅在 1μg/L左右 ,镉的浓度最低 ,只有 0 .2 μg/L.除了一个公园池塘水体中重金属浓度随季节夏、秋、冬的变化升高外 ,其他水体中重金属的浓度有不同程度的降低 .与水体中重金属浓度相比较 ,螺蛳对这 5种重金属都有富集作用 ,其中对锌和铜的富集可达到数十万倍 ,对铬的富集达数万倍 。The concentrations of Cu,Zn,Cr,Cd and Pb in the water and in the snail Bellamya spfrom several rivers and pools in Shanghai were studied with an atomic absorption spectrometer.The results show that,in the water,the concentrations of Zn,Cu,Cr,Pb and Cd reach to1 7μg/L,3μg/L,1 μg/L, 1 μg/L and0 .2 μg/L respectively.The concentration of the heavy metal dropped with the seasons from summer to winter except in a pool of a park.The snail can accumulate the five heavy metals.The concentrations of Zn and Cu in snail are several hundred thousand times more than thatin the water.The concentration of Cr is several ten housand times higher in snail than that in the water.That of Cr and Pb are several thousand times than that in the water.
