摘 要:在盆栽试验条件下,研究了南方根结线虫在寄主和非寄主植物根部的发育进度,并比较其各个龄期间的差别。试验结果表明,在黑麦草植株根部的南方根结线虫幼虫只能发育到3龄幼虫(J3),侵染24 d后黑麦草植株根部未观察到4龄幼虫(J4);侵染高丹草和蓖麻植株根部的南方根结线虫2龄幼虫(J2)数量很少,但侵染蓖麻的2龄幼虫(J2)侵染24 d后,可发育成4龄幼虫(J4),但数量极低。比较南方根结线虫发育进度可以看出,高丹草、蓖麻、黑麦草3种植物对南方根结线虫2龄幼虫(J2)的侵染具有一定的抑制作用。Life cycle stages of Meloidogyne incognita in four kinds of plants (one host plant and three non-host plants) were studied in pot trial. The results showed that M. incognita in Lolium perenne root can only develop to the 3rd instar, and the 4th instar larva was not detected in L. perenne root tissue after 24 days. The 2nd instar larva of M. incognita in root of Sorghum bicolor x S. Bicolor var. sudanense and Ricinus communis were few, while the 2nd instar larva in R. communis after 24 days can develop to the 4th instar larva with very low quantity. It can be concluded that L. perenne, S. bicolor ×S. Bicolor var. sudanense and R. communis showed inhibition activity against infection of the 2nd instar larva of M. incognita.
