摘　　要：资源型城市的可持续发展问题是一个世界各国都需共同面对的时代难题。通过构建资源型城市面临困境的金字塔模型认为,因制度创新弱化而导致的产业结构脆弱及技术体系落后的状态长期无法改变是资源型城市面临困境的根源。在全球产业转移的时代背景下,借助于产业集群式转移这一产业转移的最新方式,通过分析其对承接地区域产业链的影响,进而透过这一核心中介变量,探讨其驱动资源型城市制度变迁机制,为资源型城市的可持续发展提供一个新的思路。The sustainable development of resource-based cities is an era of all countries in the world needs to confront problems.In this paper,by building a pyramid model of resource-based cities face difficulties that caused by system innovation to weaken the fragile state and technical system of backward industrial structure can't change for a long time is the root of resource-based cities face difficulties.Under the background of global industry transference,with the aid of industrial cluster transfer that is the latest way of industry transference,through the analysis of the impact of its to undertake regional industrial chain,and then through the core intermediary variables,discusses the driving mechanism of institutional changes of resources city,for the sustainable development of resource-based cities to provide a new train of thought.
