摘　　要：个人征信体系在约束大学生按期归还国家助学贷款中发挥了重要作用。将个人征信体系建设状况分为三个不同层面,以马尔科夫链模型预测贷款未来形态,实证分析个人征信体系在提升国家助学贷款还贷率中的作用,并据此提出推进个人征信体系建设的建议。Individual credit investigation system plays an important effect in restricting college students repaying the national student loan on time.Construction condition of individual credit investigation system is divided into three different parts.Based on the Markov chain model,this paper forecasts the prospect of the national student loan and takes an empirical study on the application effect of individual credit investigation system in developing the loan repayment rate of national student loan.In the end,some advises are put forward in order to developing the construction of individual credit investigation system.
