摘　　要：随着社会转型的加剧,当代大学生的思想政治观念呈现出新的特点,提升辅导员工作的科学化水平也成为当前思想政治教育工作的必然要求。从社会学视角对当前辅导员工作现状进行分析,在此基础上提出几点切实可行的建议。With the intensification of social transformation,contemporary college students 'ideological and political ideas presents new features,enhancing the scientific level of counselors' work has become an inevitable requirement under the current ideological and political education.The article analyzes the current status of work counselors from a sociological perspective,on this basis put forward some practical recommendations.
