摘　　要：研究生教育属于精英教育,旨在培养优秀的科研人员。随着我国研究生教育规模的不断扩大,研究生培养质量引起了高度关注,学术行为成为关注焦点之一。不可否认,现行研究生教育体制下,学术失诚、学术失信行为在一定范围内存在。定义了"学术诚信"、"学术失信"的概念,调查并分析了我国研究生群体的特殊性,挖掘了产生学术失信行为的内部和外部原因,提出了加强研究生学术诚信建设的有益途径。Graduate Education,as the elite education,aims at developing graduates into the excellent researchers.The graduate education has attracted more attention with its development.The academic behavior has become one of the concerns.It is undeniable that academic dishonesty and misconduct exist in the current educational environment.This paper has given definitions to the two terms of Academic Dishonesty and Academic Misconduct.Besides,it has investigated and discussed the special group characteristics of the graduates and analyzed the internal and external causes of the academic misconduct.Finally,the paper has proposed useful methods to promote the academic honesty of the graduate.
