摘 要:通过有限元数值分析,研究双层钢板内填混凝土组合剪力墙结构在施工过程中缺陷和误差的形成特征、墙板变形模式、影响墙板变形的主要因素、墙板内力的变化特点等,提出施工过程中控制的主要参数及其控制准则。根据修正后的力学模型对施工过程进行模拟计算,评价施工过程中结构的受力性态以及安全性。指出施工过程主要控制参数包括:主塔筒体整体水平变形、整体倾斜、截面形状偏差、剪力墙钢板面外弯曲变形、剪力墙内填混凝土养护时间及其密实程度。By simulation, the forming features of defects and error, deformation modes of the plate and wall, the main factors influencing deformation, the change characteristics of internal forces during construction of the double-layer steel plate filled with concrete shear wall structure were studied. And the main parameters and control criterion during construction were put forward. The construction processing was simulated according to the revised mechanics model to evaluate the loading style and safety. It was pointed out that the main control parameters during construction included the integral horizontal deformation of the tower, as well as the integral slope, deviation of the section shape, bending deformation out of the plane of the steel plate, and the maintenance time and density of the concrete.
