摘 要:预埋GBF复合薄壁管现浇混凝土空心板结构体系具有自重轻、刚度大、抗震性能优良、隔声隔热效果好、提高净空高度、降低造价等特点,但GBF管水平和竖向安装位置以及抗浮是工程质量通病。结合延吉市烟集学校教学楼工程实例,阐述了边支承现浇空心板的PKPM设计与施工工艺以及加强技术措施;并根据经验,优化支模工序,采用较先进的抗浮措施。通过ANSYS分析以及施工验证有效克服质量通病,满足工程验收质量评定标准。Embedded GBF composite thin-walled tube cast-in-place concrete hollow slab structural system has the characteristics of light weight, stiffness, excellent seismic performance, good sound insulation effect, headroom, low cost and so on. But its horizontal and vertical installation position as well as the anti-floating of the GBF tube is a common problem of quality of the project. In this paper, taking Yanji school teaching building engineering for example, the PKPM design and construction process as well as the strengthening of technical measures of the edge supporting cast-in-place hollow slab were described. Meanwhile, formwork supporting processing was optimized, and the improved anti-floating measures were applied. By ANSYS and construction verification, the quality common problems were overcome to meet the acceptance quality assessment standards requirement.
