摘  要:随着电力技术的不断发展和微机型保护装置的广泛应用,在供电企业中电网二次设备的传统计划检修模式存在一定的弊端。阐述了电网二次设备状态检修的定义及优势,分析了基于继电保护综合自动化系统的二次设备状态检修方案的可行性、存在的问题及应用前景。分析认为,基于继电保护综合自动化系统的电网二次设备状态检修,能够显著地提高二次设备的检修质量、检修效率,有效地分配好人力物力,使人力资源的配置最优化,更好地适应电力生产发展的要求,还可实现监测设备状态,综合考虑设备已有的历史数据和实时信息,预测未来一段时期内二次设备的运行状况,及时、准确地给出二次设备状态的检修方案和控制策略。With the development of power technology and microprocessor-based protection devices widely used in the power supply enterprises secondary equipment traditional planned maintenance mode, there are some drawbacks. Describes definition and advantages of secondary equipment condition-based maintenance, and analyze feasibility, problems and application prospects of it, which have relay protection integrated automation system. The analysis show that relay protection integrated automation system for secondary equipment condition based maintenance can significantly improve the quality of secondary equipment maintenance; overhaul the efficient and effective allocation of human and material resources better, so that optimal allocation of human resources, and better adapt to the requirements of the development of electricity production. Also it can monitoring equipment status, recording historical data and real-time information of equipment to predict future conditions of the secondary equipment operating. After that, give timely and accurate maintenance programs and control strategies for the secondary equipment.
