摘  要:本文采用浸渍烧结法,在沸石上负载纳米TiO2制成新型光催化剂,考察了光源种类、光强、温度、湿度对甲醛光催化降解效率的影响,并结合舰艇舱室的实际情况进行了分析。结果表明:新型光纳米TiO2催化剂在紫外黑光灯照射下,对一定浓度的甲醛具有较好的光催化降解效率;紫外光强度对催化剂降解甲醛的消除率影响并不大;温度越高,降解效率越高;低湿度环境有利于甲醛的光催化降解。在舰船舱室的环境中,这种纳米TiO2光催化剂可以起到较好的降解甲醛气体的作用。The new nano -TiO2 photocatalyst which loaded nano -TiO2 on zeolite was fabricated by dipping and firing method. The effect of lamp, light intensity, temperature and humidity on degradation rates of formaldehyde were studied. And the issue was discussed combining the real naval vessels chamber. The results showed that in the black light lamp condition, the new nano - TiO2 photocatalyst had good degradation property on formaldehyde. The light intensity had little effect on the degradation rate of formaldehyde and the degradation rate raised as the reaction temperature increased. In addition, low humidity made the photocatalyst exhibit better efficiency. Based on the analysis above,the new nano - TiO2 photocatalyst could degrade formaldehyde effectively in naval vessels.
