强声法清除附着藤壶的力学仿真

摘  要:船体等由于表面附着动物、植物和微生物而产生的危害称为生物污损,其带来的安全隐患和能源消耗一直以来都是人类从事海洋活动的一大难题。藤壶是我国周边海域一种常见的海洋污损生物,附着在船体表面,使船体行进阻力增加,降低船舶机动性并造成其寿命减短。藤壶具有粘接强度高、难清除的特点。本文研究强声清除附着藤壶机理,明确强声清污的2种可能方式,并利用有限元软件建立藤壶附着模型,对强声清污进行仿真分析。结果表明,基于强声产生共振力或"综合力"都对附着藤壶有清除效果。A fouling organism is a general designation of all the living things attaching the faces of objects in seawater, whose harms are named biofouling, toubling region of oceanics all the time. Barnacles are common fouling organisms in China's surrounding marine waters. When barnacles attach to the hull surface, they can increase resistance to moving ships, reduce the ship maneuverability and reduce the life of ships. They have high bonding strength, as a result, it is difficult to be removed clear. In this paper, study on mechanism of strong sound to remove barnacles and understand two possible ways of strong sound to clean barnacles. Using COMSOL Multiphysics to establish the barnacle adhesion model and make the simulation analysis. The results show that resonance force and comprehensive power have the clearance effect on adhesion barnacle.
