摘　　要：考虑调节剂结合别构酶的异位效应 。The effects of active molecule and repressive molecule on the binding process of allosteric enzyme and substrate are discussed by considering the heterotropic effect of the regulating molecule that binds to allosteric enzyme.And the cooperativity and anticooperativevity in the regulation of allosteric enzyme are studied.
