两种阴道冲洗液的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的 比较红核妇洁洗液与2.5％碳酸氢钠溶液在治疗孕期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病（VVC）中的优缺点.方法 对来我院门诊检查确诊WC的孕妇120例,随机分为改良组60例,对照组60例.为减轻孕妇对阴道给药影响胎儿的担忧,采用单纯阴道冲洗的方法进行治疗.冲洗液对照组采用传统的2.5％碳酸氢钠溶液;改良组应用红核妇洁洗液.结果 两组孕妇在用药后5～l0min内,无菌棉签取样送检做细菌培养,对照组抑菌率为85.0％,改良组抑菌率为98.3％.结论 改良组采用红核妇洁洗液的效果优于2.5％碳酸氢钠溶液,且操作流程简单,方便家庭使用,有效缓解了患者的不适和担忧,值得临床推广应用.Objective To compare advantages and disadvantages of using the red nuclear woman clean lotion and 2.5% sodium bicarbonate solution,in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis （WC） pregnancy. Methods Patients with VVC in our hospital 120 cases of pregnant women, were randomly divided into two groups of 60 patients, 60 cases of the control group. In order to reduce the maternal administration affect fetal concerns about the vagina, the simple method of vaginal washing treatment. Fluid control group with 2.5% sodium bicarbonate solution to the traditional modified group application; honghefujie lotion. Results After 5-10 minutes, Sterile swabs take leucorrhea cleared for bacterial culture, we found the antibacterial rate was 85.0% in control group, while 98.3% inimprovement group. Conclusion Using red nuclear woman clean lotion effect is better than 2.5% sodium bicarbonate solution.Therefore, this simple operation, easy to use at home,as well as eased the patient＇s discomfort and worry, is worthy of clinical application.
