摘  要:本文采用国产纳米ZrO2-7%Y2O3粉体,通过三阳极等离子喷涂系统(Delta)制备热障涂层,对工艺参数和涂层性能之间的关系进行了研究.根据所采用的L934正交试验设计,对工艺参数,孔隙率以及结合强度之间的关系进行统计学分析,结果表明三阳极等离子喷涂系统在采用内径7mm喷嘴的情况下,由于射流速度快(约250m/s),以及送粉速率大等因素的影响,所制备的热障涂层孔隙率为14.8%~26.2%,结合强度为13.4~30MPa.等离子弧、氢气流量和送粉速率是影响涂层性能的重要因素,喷涂距离在100~140mm之间对涂层性能影响不明显.The nano-ZrO2-7%Y2O3 powder produced by domestic company was used to deposit nano-ZIO2 coatings with novel porosity via the three-anode-one-cathode plasma spray system (Delta gun). The orthogonal table L934 was used. The influence of plasma parameters on the porosity and the influence of porosity on the coating bonding strength were studied in detail. It was found that with the help of nozzle of 7mm in diameter, rapid jet velocity more than 250 m/s and high powder feed rate, the porosity of the ZrO2 coatings were among 14.8%-26.2%, the bonding strength were among 13.4-30MPa. The plasma power, flow rate of H2 and powder feed rate were important factors, the stand-off distance within 100-140mm had no significant influence to the coating property.
