磁场中三维极化子的非线性效应

摘　　要：利用电声相互作用哈密顿量的一般形式求出电子 LO声子相互作用哈密顿量二次项的具体形式 ,然后将求得的新哈密顿量应用于磁场中的三维极化子问题 。Using the general form of the Hamiltonian of the electron phonon interaction, the specific expression of the quadratic term of the Hamiltonian describing an electron interacting with longitudinal optical phonons is given. 3D polaron in magnetic field by using the new Hamiltonian and the second order Rayleigh Schroding perturbation theory is studied, and the energy correction to the ground state and the first excited Landau level derived.
