彩色多普勒超声对输卵管妊娠未破型与妊娠黄体的鉴别诊断

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对输卵管妊娠未破型包块与妊娠黄体的鉴别诊断价值。方法回顾分析经手术病理证实的60例输卵管妊娠未破型包块和60例经临床证实的宫内孕或异位妊娠黄体,比较其大小、形态、内部回声、血流分布、收缩期峰值速度及阻力指数。结果 60例未破型输卵管妊娠包块与60例妊娠黄体的形态分型、内部回声、血流特征、收缩期峰值速度及阻力指数比较差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),但包块大小比较差异无统计学意义。结论彩色多普勒超声对输卵管妊娠未破型包块与妊娠黄体的鉴别有重要价值。Objective To explore the value of color Doppler in the differential diagnosis of unruptured tubal pregnancy and pregnant corpus luteum, nathods A total of 60 cases of unruptured tubal pregnancy verified by surgery and pathology and 60 cases of clinically-confirmed pregnant corpus luteum were retrospectively analyzed. The ultrasonogram characteristics such as the mass size, shape, interior echogenicity, blood distribution, peak systolic velocity and resistance index （RI） were compared. Results Significant differences were found in morphology, interior echogenicity, blood flow distribution, peak systolic velocity and RI between the unruptured tubal pregnancy and corpus luteum of pregancy （P 〈 0.05）, while the mass size showed no significant difference. Conclusion Color Doppler uhrasonography has important value in differentiating unruptured tubal pregnancy and corpus luteum of pregancy.
