摘　　要：新生隐球菌是一种普遍存在的异宗配合的腐生担子菌纲专性需氧机会性病原真菌,常导致肺部感染,然后扩散到中枢神经系统引起致死性脑膜脑炎。在致病过程中,新生隐球菌必须适应宿主环境中氧浓度的变化。文中对新生隐球菌致病过程中对低氧适应的能力进行综述。Cryptococcus neoformans is a heterothallic, basidiomycetous, saprophytic pathogenic fungus which is found throughout the world. It is an obligate aerobic pathogenic yeast causing lung infection typically followed by spreading to the central nervous system and resulting in life-threatening meningoencephalitis mostly in patients with immune deficiency. During pathogenesis, it seems likely that Cryptoeoccus neoforrnans must adapt to rapidly changing oxygen levels in host tissues. This review focuses on the abil ity of cryptococcal adaptation to hyooxia in oathoenesis.
