酶比色法检测同型半胱氨酸参考区间的探讨

摘　　要：目的调查湖北省黄冈地区健康人群同型半胱氨酸（HCY）水平和分布，并建立该地区HCY生物参考区间。方法采用AU680全自动生化分析仪检测湖北省黄冈地区3009名健康人（男1557名，女1452名）HCY水平，并对结果进行相关性统计分析。结果3009例健康人HCY均值为7．6μmol／L，95％参考范围为0～15．2μmol／L，呈正态分布；血清HCY水平性别差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；16-岁与31-65岁，两年龄段血清HCY水平差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。血清与肝素抗凝血浆HCY水平差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论湖北省黄冈地区人群HCY浓度95％参考区间为0-15．2μmol／L，且呈正态分布；血清和肝素抗凝血浆参考范围可以共用。Objective To establish homocysteine （HCY） reference value of Huanggang city by surveying the distribution and normal level of healthy people. Method Using the automatic biochemistry analyzer （AU680）, the serum levels of HCY of 3009 healthy people were quantitatively detected in Huanggang city. Results Among the 3009 cases of healthy people in Huanggang city, the average serum level of HCY was 7.6μmol/L and the reference range of 95% was 0-15.2 μmol/L. The distribution and normal level of HCY were different in gender, and between 16-30 age group and 31-65 age group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The reference range of 95% of healthy people in Huanggang city is 0-15.2 μmol/L, showing a normal distribution, and can share with heparin plasma.
