摘  要:针对海水挟砂浪涌的服役环境,试验研究了冲磨速率及冲磨角度对桥梁墩柱海工混凝土抗冲磨性能的影响,并对不同胶凝材料体系混凝土抗冲磨强度进行了比较.结果表明:冲磨速率和冲磨角度对海工混凝土抗冲磨性能有较大影响.在胶凝材料体系不变的前提下,海工混凝土稳定磨损率随冲磨速率增大逐渐增大,抗冲磨强度随冲磨速率增大逐渐降低;海工混凝土稳定磨损率随冲磨角度增加逐渐增大,当冲磨角度小于60°时,稳定磨损率增加速率较大,超过60°后增加速率趋缓,当冲磨角度为90°时,稳定磨损率最大.在相同强度等级条件下,硅粉对混凝土抗冲磨强度的贡献最大,而矿粉与粉煤灰复掺也显著提高了混凝土的抗冲磨强度.The influences of impinging velocity and impinging angle on abrasion-erosion resistance of marine concrete caused by the surged wave earring sand were investigated. The abrasion-erosion strengths of con- cretes incorporating different mineral admixtures were compared. The results reveal that the impinging ve- locity and impinging angle have significant effects on the abrasion-erosion resistance of marine concrete. Under the condition of the same cementing materials system, the stable abrasion rate of marine concrete increases and the abrasion-erosion strength of marine concrete decreases with increasing impinging veloci- ty. With the impinging angle increasing, the stable abrasion rate of marine concrete increases. The in creasing rate of stable abrasion rate is comparatively high when the impinging angle is smaller than 60°, whereras it becomes small when impinging angle is greater than 60°. The stable abrasion rate of marine concrete reaches the maximum value when the impinging angle is 90°. On the basis of the same compres- sive strength level, the silica fume makes the greatest contribution to abrasion-erosion strength of the con-crete, and the combined addition of slag and fly ash improves the abrasion-erosion strength of the concrete remarkably.
