摘　　要：本文关注战后政论期刊所形成的公共舆论及其对国家观念的塑造。分为法治原则、分权原则、政党政治、现实政治体制的民主化改革四部分内容。以此探究战后公共舆论在国家观念塑造中的自由主义价值取向和现实关怀,并对公共舆论理性的论述方式和现实困境给予阐释。This paper focused on the public opinions formed by political journals and their shaping influence upon the state concepts after the War of liberation.It thus probes into the liberalism value orientation and reality concern in the shaping process and interpreted the way of discussion and reality plight of the public opinions.
