摘　　要：通过对国内外溶液法合成橡胶凝聚生产工艺技术分析,结合异戊橡胶生产工艺技术特点,运用凝聚理论及生产实践,初步考察了溶液法合成异戊橡胶凝聚工艺流程、分散剂选择及补加方式、技术经济效果比对等有关问题。The analysis on coacervation process is performed for synthetic rubber which is synthesized by solution method in the domestic and international.By combining the characteristics of production technology and using the coacervation theory and manufacturing practice,the coacervation flowsheet of isoprene rubber synthesized by solution method,the chose and feeding mode of the dispersing agent and their technical and economic results were investigated preliminarily.
