摘 要:目的:了解青年学生原发性气胸患者气胸与胸廓纵横径的比值的相关性。材料与方法:回顾性分析青年学生原发性气胸47例对照同一时期的正常胸片50例,测量计算胸廓纵横径比值,将两组数据进行统计学分析。结果:胸廓矢横径比值的均值研究组为0.37,对照组为0.43,气胸患者纵横径比值均值小于对照组。结论:胸廓扁平畸形的年轻人原发性气胸的发病率较高。Purpose: To test the possibility that the thoracic deformity is a risk factor of the primary spontaneous pneumothorax in young student by making a statistical analysis of the thoracic sagitta] diameter and transverse diameter ratio in patients. Materials and Methods: 47 case of primary spontaneous pneumothorax were taken subjects and other 50 cases in the same period with normal X-ray were used as the control group. T-test, correlation study and scottered spot maps were made based on the ratio of vertical and horizontal diameters. Results: The mean thorax aspect ration(MTAR) of the patients with primary spontaneous pneumothorax Was 0. 37, and MTAR in normal people was 0. 43, indicating a statistical signifi- cance of the difference between the two groups. Conclusion: Thoracic deformity of primary spontaneous pneumothorax had a higher incidence in young people.
