摘　　要：目的:脊柱爆裂型骨折是脊柱外伤中常见的骨折类型随着CT扫描机的普及,其检出率亦明显提高。材料与方法:本文收集共30个爆裂型骨折的椎体,分析它们的CT影像。结果:30个骨折椎体中5例仅为椎体前部碎裂,其余25例椎体骨折线均累及椎管,5例可见骨碎片突入椎管,附件骨折3例椎管狭窄6例。结论:CT在显示椎体爆裂型骨折及椎体后缘骨碎块上具有很高的特异性和敏感性,对诊断、分型、判断失稳及椎管狭窄程度上有重要的诊断价值。Purpose： The spinal column rupture fracture is the common type in the spinal column trauma. Along with CT seanner＇s popularization, its detection rate also obviously increased. Materials and Methods： To analyze the CT image of centrum in 30 cases of rupture fracture. Results ： Among 30 fracture centrums, 5 casess appeared only the part of centrum front disruption, other 25 cases bone broken line implicated the neurocanal, 5 cases appeared bone fragments penetrated the neurocanal, Appendix bone fi＇acture 3 cases, neurocanal narrow 6 cases. Conclusion： In the demonstration of centrum rup- ture fracture and the centrum after skirt bone fragments, CT has the very high specificity and the sensitivity in the diagnosis, divides, judgment jitter and the neurocanal narrow degree, CT has important diagnosis value.
