摘　　要：电气用塑料薄膜要求进行电弱点测试,设计的薄膜电弱点测试仪控制系统,采用区间过滤法进行电压值显示,既使所显示电压值波动范围小又有适合肉眼观测的刷新周期:统计的测试数据,包含离散的电弱点又包含因纵向划伤引起的电弱线,更能真实地反映薄膜的质量水平:测试电压控制系统采用步进调压器不回归零点位直接升压或降压,以及三种步进调压速度自动调整输出电压,既节约调压时间又使调压精准。Plastic films for electrical purposes require electrical weakness point testing, design on the control system of the test instrument, Voltage value is displayed with method of zone filter, Showing the voltage with small fluctuation range and refresh cycle is suitable for naked-eye observation; The statistical test data, Contain discrete electrical weaknesses and electroweak line by longitudinal scratches, It is truly reflect the quality Levelof films; Test voltage control system is direct increase voltage or reduce voltage with stepping regulator not return to zero ,and automatically adjust the output voltage with three kinds of stepper speed regulate, Saving time of regulated voltage and accuracy is improved of regulated voltage.
