摘 要:目的探讨层次分析法-逼近理想解排序法(AHP-TOPSIS)在确定区域农村水厂风险等级中的应用。方法于2013年6月,选择浙江省某县13家乡镇级水厂作为评估对象,并进行现场卫生学检查,采用AHP-TOPSIS法对13家水厂风险进行评估并排序。结果 13家水厂中安全等级较高的依次为王宅、清溪、新宅、茭道和柳城水厂;风险等级较高的水厂依次为坦洪、马岭、泉岩、双源和百丈泄水厂。结论 AHP-TOPSIS法可以确定农村水厂的风险等级,简单易用,具有一定的推广价值。Objective To explore the application of analytic hierarchy process (AHP)- technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS) method in the assessment of the risk grade of regional rural waterworks. Methods In June 2013,13 township waterworks in rural arear in Zhejiang province were selected as the study objects and on-site hygienic inspection was conducted. By using AHP-TOPSIS method,the risk levels of these waterworks were evaluated and sorted. Results Waterworks had higher safety levels in Wangzhai,Qingxi,Xinzhai,Jiaodao and Liucheng,but higher risk levels in Tanhong, Maling, Quanyan,Shuangyuan and Baizhangxie waterworks. Conclusion AHP-TOPSIS method is simple and has a popularization value,can be applied in the assessment of risk grade of rural waterworks.
