摘　　要：空气污染对人体健康的影响一直受到广泛关注。近年来,由于定组研究独特的研究设计和优点,在空气污染流行病学研究中得到了广泛应用。该文从定组研究的特点、统计分析方法及其在实际工作中的应用实例3个方面,对近年来我国学者采用定组研究设计探讨空气污染对人群健康影响的研究作一综述,以期为我国相关领域研究者提供新的思路,并为今后在我国开展相关环境流行病学研究提供理论依据。The effect of air pollution on human heahh is of great concern. In recent years, due to its unique study design and many other advantages, panel study has been widely applied in the field of environmental epidemiology. This paper summarized the characteristics, statistical analysis methods of panel study and reviewed recent panel studies that were designed to find the effect of air poUution on human health in China, thus hopefully may provide some new ideas for domestic researchers in future studies.
