长洲水利枢纽工程灯泡贯流式水轮机性能保证值浅析

摘　　要：长洲水利枢纽工程发电厂房由内、外江厂房共15台灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组组成,分别由三家公司设计制造。各厂家在机组的设计制造理念各有所长,但不同厂家的设备有不同的性能保证值及机组尺寸,即便相同工况下的不同机组也有不同运行方式,给设计及运行维护方增加了不少的工作量。建议在今后运行中积累运行资料,分析和总结规律,为今后同类工程的灯泡贯流式水轮机的设计制造及运行起到借鉴和推广作用。Changzhou hydropower complex has 15 bulb turbine generator sets in its powerhouse,designed and man-ufactured by three companies. The manufacturers have their own advantages in the unit design and manufacturing philosophy,but devices from different manufacturers have different performance guarantees value and unit size,and different units have different operation modes even under the same conditions,which increases lots of work quantities from design,operation and maintenance. It is suggested to collect the operational data,analyze and summarize the operation laws,so as to provide a reference to similar project in future.
