摘 要:目的观察不同胎龄新生儿PII、RV1振幅的特点并探讨其临床意义。方法不同胎龄新生儿共142例,按胎龄分为:28~30周组,31~33周组,34~36周组,37~40周组四组。测量心电图II导联P波振幅及V1导联R波振幅。结果 PII振幅总体比较无明显变化,34~36周组较37~40周组高,两组差异有显著性;RV1振幅随胎龄增长而增高,各组间差异有显著性。结论不同胎龄新生儿心电图右心参数PII、RV1振幅与胎龄相关。[Objective] To observe characteristics of PII, RV1 amplitude in newborns with different gestational age, and explore its clinical significance. [Methods] One hundred and forty-two newborns were divided into four groups based on the gestation age consisting of the 28 -30 weeks group, the 31-33 weeks group, the 34-36 weeks group and the 37-40 weeks group, respectively. Measure amplitude of P wave in lead II and R wave in lead V1. [ Results ] The amplitude of PII overall comparison showed no significant changes, but there was statistically signifi- cant in 34-36 weeks group and 37-40 weeks group. RVI amplitude as a function of gestational age increases, the difference between groups was statistically significant. [ Conclusion ] Electrocardiographic right heart parameters PII, RV1 amplitude in newborns with different gestational age are correlated to the gestational age.
