关节康颗粒联合小剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗老年类风湿关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的为了证明关节康联合甲氨蝶呤治疗老年类风湿关节炎的有效性及安全性。方法选择100例符合老年类风湿关节炎患者,分成两组:单纯甲氨蝶呤组,甲氨蝶呤联合关节康颗粒组,治疗12周后观察其疗效及不良反应发生率。结果关节康颗粒联合小剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗老年类风湿关节炎其总有效率为88.00%,且治疗过程中仅有2例不良反应。结论关节康颗粒联合小剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗老年类风湿关节炎疗效确切,副作用小。[ Objective ] In order to prove the effectiveness of joint and Sport combined with methotrexate in the treatment of elderly rheumatoid arthritis and safety. [ Methods ] 100 patientswith the elderly rheumatoid arthritis weredivided into two groups： MTX alone, methotrexate and joint granule group, efficacy and adverse reaction rateswere observed after 12 weeks of treatment. [ Results ] Joint granules combined with low dose methotrexate therapy in the elderly rheumatoid arthritis total effective rate was 88.00%, and the course of treatment, only two cases of adverse reactions. [Conclusion] The joints granules combined with low dose methotrexate treatment in elderly rheumatoid arthritis have efficacy and less side effects.
