宝石能谱CT在肾损伤诊断和治疗中的初步应用

摘　　要：目的分析宝石能谱CT在肾损伤诊断和治疗中的应用价值。方法对2011年6月～2012年6月该院行宝石能谱CT检查的19例肾损伤患者病例进行分析。结果宝石能谱CT对于常规CT和磁共振成像(MRI)不能检测的继续出血或渗尿能作出准确的判断。结论宝石能谱CT可提高继续出血或渗尿肾损伤的检出率,并能对不同类型的肾损伤明确诊断和为治疗提供依据。[ Objective ] To assess the value of GSI （Gemstone Spectral Imaging） in the diagnosis and treatment of renal trauma through analyzing 19 cases of gemstone spectral imaging findings. [ Methods ] 19 eases of renal trauma undergone with GSI from June 2011 to June 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. [ Results] GSI can successfully make an accurate judgment for continue bleeding or urine leakage that the conventional CT and magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） can not. [ Conclusions ] GSI might increase the sensitivity of detecting continue bleeding or urine leakage, and might be helpful in definitive diagnosis and making classification of renal trauma and can provide significant value in surgical treatment.
