摘  要:本试验研究了连翘酯苷对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的肉鸡肝脏组织抗氧化功能的作用,分别设连翘酯苷高、低剂量药物组,高、低剂量治疗组,空白对照组和LPS对照组。提取各组的肝脏组织,检测其中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)的水平。试验结果显示与LPS对照组比较,连翘酯苷治疗组(30、60 mg/kg)SOD、T-AOC活力及GSH含量明显升高,而MDA的含量显著降低。因此,连翘酯苷能通过减轻肉鸡氧化应激,抑制脂质过氧化反应,有效提高肝脏抗损伤的能力。The study was conducted to investigate the effects of iorsythiaside on antioxidation in chicken Liver after challenge with lipopolysaecharide (IJPS). The chickens were divided into high and low dose of medicine groups and therapy groups which were treated by forsythuside respectively,normal control group and LPS control group. The whole liver was removed, the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), total antioxidation capacity (T-AOC), malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione (GSH) were determined respectively. These results suggested that the groups of therapy by forsythiaside (30,60 mg/kg)increased the vitality of SOD,T-AOC and decreased the content of MDA compared with LPS control group. Consequently, oral administration of torsythiaside could significantly decrease oxidation stress, suppress lipid peroxidation and improve antioxidant capacity.
