摘 要:本研究目的是探讨不同光周期处理对蛋用型北京油鸡就巢、产蛋行为发生的影响。648只18周龄的蛋用型北京油鸡随机分为6组,每组108只,每组设3个重复,每小舍内单独照明,单独饲养。组1为对照组,采用16L:8D,光照时间6:00-22:00;组2~6为试验组:组2为12L:2D:4L:6D,6:00-18:00、20:00-24:00;组3为8L:4D:4L:8D,6:00-14:00、18:00-22:00;组4为16L:8D,3:00~19:00;组5为14L:10D,6:00-20:00;组6为18L:6D,6:00-24:00。所有鸡只采用玉米豆粕型日粮,连续进行43周(19-62周)试验,记录每个组的就巢行为和产蛋行为发生情况。结果表明,蛋用型北京油鸡的就巢行为发生在不同产蛋阶段表现不同,各组均呈现产蛋中期(34-40周龄以及41-47周龄)较高(3.70%-14.81%)、前后两端较低(34周龄前以及48周龄后)(〈3.70%)的特点,尤其是41-47周龄期间就巢行为发生最高(7.41%-14.81%)。不同光周期处理对就巢行为发生具有显著影响,尤其是在34-40周以及41-47周期间(P=0.047和P=0.041)。不同光周期处理对鸡只产蛋行为发生均具有显著影响(P〈0.05)。除了34-40和48-54周外,其它各阶段组2的产蛋率均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);组2的全期平均产蛋率(62.91%)显著高于其它各组(P〈0.05)。由此表明41-47周可能是一个光周期调控蛋用型北京油鸡就巢行为发生的重要阶段,此期间就巢行为和产蛋行为发生均较高。而采用组2光周期(12L:2D:4L-6D)因其表现出较高的产蛋率和较低的就巢率则有益于产蛋鸡只的生产性能。The paper mainly studied the effects of photoperiod on the incidence of broody and egg-laying behaviorof egg-type Beijing You Chicken (BYC). 648 18-wk-oht egg-type BYC layers were randomly allocated to six groups, and exposcd to difterent photoperiods, including 161,: 8D (6 : 00 to 22 : 00 h) for group 1 ; 12L: 2D : 4L: 6D for group 2 ; 81,:4D:4L:8D for group 3;16L:8D (3:00 to 19:00h)for group 4;14L:10D for group 5;and 18L:6D tot group 6, respectively. The birds were fed corn-soybean-based diet for 43 wks (19-62 wks),and the incidence of broody behavior, and egg-laying behavior of the birds were recorded and calculated. The results showed that the incidence of broody behavior was different at different stages. Each group indicated higher broodiness rate during 34-40 and 41-47 wks (3.70%-14.81%), and lower broodiness rate before 34 wks and after 48 wks (〈3.70%), especially the highest during 41-47 wks (7.41%-14.81% ). There were significant effects of phntoperiod on incidence of broody behavior, especially for 34-40 wks and 41-47 wks (P=0.047 and P=0.041), and significant effects of photoperiod on egg-laying behavior (P〈0.05). Egg-laying rate of group 2 was significantly higher than that in the control except for 34-40 wks and 48-54 wks (P〈0.05),and group 2s average egg-laying rate for the whole experimental stage was 62.91%,significantly higher than those in other groups (P〈0.05). This study suggests that 41-47 wks may be an important period for the photoperiodic modulation,for which the incidence of broody and egg-laying behavior were higher. The lower broodiness rate and higher egg-laying rate in group 2 (12L:2D:4L:6D)may benefit tor the layer's performance.
