摘　　要：目的了解广西卫生应急管理干部培训需求情况,为制定卫生应急管理干部培训方案提供依据。方法采用便利抽样方法抽取广西自治区、市、县级从事应急管理的卫生行政部门、医疗机构、疾病预防控制机构、卫生监督机构和救援中心5类卫生应急管理干部265人进行问卷调查。结果 260人(98.1%)认为卫生应急工作的基本理论知识很需要/需要培训,各项内容很需要培训的人数比例均>60%,其中卫生应急组织体系的功能与职责需求比例达到94.7%;教学方法中案例分析、桌面推演和专题讲座的需求率较高,分别为95.4%、92.3%和83.3%;需求率较高的前3种培训形式分别为短期集中培训(76.6%)、国内考察(51.9%)和学术会议与讲座(37.9%);培训师资选择国内专家和卫生应急管理干部的人数较多,分别为261人(98.5%)和107人(40.4%);122人(46.0%)选择模拟问题处理作为考核方式;203人(76.6%)选择颁发证书作为结业方式。结论应急培训应以需求为导向,选择适当的培训形式,切实提高突发公共卫生事件应急准备和反应能力。Objective To investigate the needs for training among health emergency managers in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and to provide basis for developing training programs for health emergency managers.Methods Totally 265 health emergency managers in Guangxi were conveniently selected and surveyed with a questionnaire about the objective,content,time,form,method,and effect assessment of training.Results For the participants,98.1% reported the need for training in basic theory and konwledge of health emergency.The ratios of the participants requiring case analysis,desktop deduction,and special lecture were 95.4%,92.3%,and 83.3%,respectively.The top-three training programe required by the participants were short-term training（76.6%）,domestic field study（51.9%）,and symposium or lecture（37.9%）.The most required trainers of the participants was experts（98.5%）,and the most required examination method and was simulation exercise（46.0%）.Conclusion Training program for health emergeney management should be planned according to the requirements,so as the training process for the improvements in capability of health emergency management.
