摘 要:文章以医药生物技术国家重点实验室免疫药物研发平台为案例,介绍了医药生物技术国家重点实验室如何围绕免疫药物研发的特点开展在专业性公共技术平台的布局、建设、管理和运行方面的经验。医药生物技术国家重点实验室在已有的分子生物学、生物化学、细胞生物学、生物信息学等分析平台基础上,按照免疫细胞的分析、分离、细胞因子高通量分析、整体动物水平免疫细胞分布分析等需求,整体规划和布局,建设完善的免疫分析检测平台。以提高保障仪器设备的使用效率和科研产出为目标,建立了科学、合理的管理制度。免疫药物研发平台以"管理保障运行,平台保障科研"为定位,科学布局和稳步建设,良好的运行和管理大大提高了医药生物技术国家重点实验室在免疫性疾病机制研究及免疫药物研发的工作水平,提升了重大项目的竞争能力、产出了一批高水平科研成果,为创新性免疫药物的开发和应用奠定了基础。Based on the cases of immunological drugs research and development at the State key Laboratory of Pharmaceutical Bioteehnology (SKLPB), this article introduces the experiences of arrangement, establishment, management and operation of SKLPB as a professional public technology platform, focused on research and development of immune drugs. To meet the needs of bio-analysis, bio-separation, high throughput analysis and bio-distribution analysis of immunological cell at the whole animal level, based on the existing analytical platforms of molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology and bioinformatics of SKLPB, the perfect immunological analysis and detection platforms after overall planning and arrangement have been established. To improve the utilization efficiency of instruments and equipments and facilitation of the output of scientific achievements, the scientific and reasonable management system must be established. Based upon "management ensuring operation, operation ensuring research" and also scientific planning and steadily construction, good managements and operations not only highly improved the research levels of SKLPB on the mechanism of immunological diseases and drugs developments, but also strengthened the competitive ability of SKLPB in undertaking major research projects and finally promoted the output of high level scientific achievements of SKLPB. Those all laid the foundations for the developments and applications of innovative immune drugs.
