疏乳消块方不同溶媒提取物对大鼠乳腺增生的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的观察疏乳消块方的水、50%乙醇,95%乙醇提取物对大鼠乳腺增生的治疗作用,确定提取物药效。方法制备乳腺增生模型大鼠,分别灌胃给予疏乳消块方水、50%乙醇,95%乙醇提取物,采用照相显微镜观察乳腺组织病理变化,并观察乳头的形态学变化。结果水提物低、中、高剂量对乳腺增生大鼠均有明显治疗作用,50%醇提物高剂量有治疗作用,95%醇提物低、中、高剂量治疗作用均不明显。结论疏乳消块方的主要药效提取物为水提物。OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effect of different extract （water, 50% ethanol and 95% ethanol） of Shuru Xiaokuai decoction on hyperplasia of mammary glands in rats, and to identify the extract with therapeutical effect. METHODS The model of hyperplasia of mammary glands was prepared in Wistar female rats. After oral administration of different extract （water, 50% ethanol and 95% ethanol） of Shuru Xiaokuai decoction, the pathologic changes of mammary gland were observed under microscope, and the morphologic changes of nipple in every group observed. RESULTS The aqueous extract at low, middle and high dosage had a significant therapeutic effect on hyperplasia of mammary gland in rats. Only extract of 50% ethanol at high dosage had therapeutic effect, and all of 95% ethanol extract had no therapeutic effect on hyperplasia of mammary gland in rats. CONCLUSION The active extract of Shuru Xiaokuai decoction on hyperplasia of mammary glands in rats were aqueous extract.
