摘  要:目的:探讨经视知觉学习达基本治愈标准后的屈光参差性弱视儿童的远期疗效。方法:纳入2007年8月~2009年9月在广西视光中心诊治的屈光参差性弱视儿童17例,均接受视知觉学习治疗、且均达基本治愈标准;均定期随访进行散瞳验光检查,随访时间为2~4年,收集患儿的屈光度和矫正视力后将数据分别纳入弱视眼组和对侧眼组,采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行分析。结果:经重复测量资料的方差分析显示:所有基本治愈的患儿在随访期间矫正视力在弱视眼组和对侧眼组之间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),但屈光状态在两组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:经视知觉学习治愈后的屈光参差性弱视儿童其矫正视力可保持长期稳定,弱视眼的正视化过程缓慢进展。Objective: To explore the long- term curative effect of the cured children with anisometropic amblyopia after visual perceptual learning. Methods: Seventeen children with anisometropic amblyopia were selected from the hospital from August 2007 to Sep- tember 2009 and all the children were treated with visual perceptual learning, they met the basic criteria of cure; the children were followed up regularly by optometry, the follow - up time was 2 - 4 years, the diopter and corrected visual acuity data of the children were collected and the children were divided into amblyopic eye group and fellow eye group; the data were analyzed on SPSS 13.0 software. Results: There was no statistically significant difference in the corrected visual acuity during follow- up between amblyopic eye group and fellow eye group (P 〉 0. 05 ), but there was statistically significant difference in the diopter between the two groups (P 〈 0. 05) . Conclusion : The correc- ted visual acuity of basically cured children with anisometropic amblyopia after visual perceptual learning maintains stable for a long time, the emmetropization of amblyopic eye proceeds slowly.
