摘　　要：目的：探讨盆底功能康复训练治疗对女性产后盆底功能变化的影响，评定盆底康复治疗效果。方法：2009年12月-2011年12月在产科门诊产后盆底功能康复病例410例，采用法国PHENIX神经肌肉刺激治疗仪进行盆底功能康复训练治疗，治疗前和治疗后分别测量病人阴道内宽度、阴道肌肉收缩力，观察盆底功能及阴道收缩力的变化。结果：经一个疗程治疗后，阴道内宽度平均缩窄11．5mm；阴道肌力平均增加2．2级；盆底功能障碍的恢复率87．51％。结论：盆底功能康复训练治疗后阴道收缩力增强，可使盆底功能向产前状态恢复。是一种有效的治疗女性盆底功能障碍疾病的好方法。Objective： To explore the effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation training on change of female postpartum pelvic floor func- tion, assess the curative effect. Methods： A total of 410 cases underwent postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation training in obstetric depart- ment of the hospital from December 2009 to December 2011, French PHENIX neuromuscular stimulation therapeutic apparatus was used in the training, the vaginal widths and vaginal muscle contractility levels before and after treatment were measured respectively; the changes of pelvic floor function and vaginal contractility were observed. Results ： After one course of treatment, the vaginal width narrowed by 11.5 mm on average; the vaginal contractility increased by 2. 2 grades on average; the recovery rate of pelvic floor dysfunction was 87.51%. Conclu- sion： After pelvic floor rehabilitation training, the vaginal contractility increases, which makes pelvic floor function restore to the prenatal state; the method is effective to cure female pelvic floor dysfunction.
