摘 要:以"合作903"番茄为试材,采用发光二极管(LED)精确调制光质组成,研究不同光质补光对番茄幼苗生长、光合特性和抗氧化酶活性的影响,以期为番茄工厂化育苗的光环境调控提供理论依据。结果表明:与单色光质补光相比,红蓝复合光质补光处理显著提高了幼苗的干物质积累量、壮苗指数和净光合速率,其中红∶蓝(2∶1)补光显著增加了幼苗的叶面积、干鲜重量、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质的含量,提高了幼苗的CAT活性、壮苗指数、根系活力和净光合速率,是番茄工厂化设施育苗过程可供参考的适宜补光光质。Taking 'Hezuo 903' tomato as material, light emitting diode (LED) was applied to accurately modulate the composition of light quality, the effects of supplemental light quality on the growth, photosynthesis and antioxidant enzyme in tomato seedlings were studied,in order to provide a theoretic reference for the commercial production of this seedling. The results showed that compared with the under monochromatic light,mixed light of red and blue obviously increased leaf area,fresh and dry weight, strong seedling index and net photosynthetic rate. Of them, the mixed light with red : blue 2 : I(R/B 2 ~ 1) was the best to improve leaf area,fresh and dry weight,soluble sugars and soluble proteins, CAT activity, strong seedling index, root activity and net photosynthetic rate. Supplemental light R/B 2 : 1 could be used in future industrialized breeding of this species owing to its function to promote seedling productivity.
