摘  要:介绍了某典型密封舱内结构的设计指标要求、装配难点及工艺解决措施。针对舱内结构装配精度要求高、装配后测量难度大以及舱内结构的安装面精度低,装配应力大等技术难题,制定了"测量、加工、装配调试一体化"的总体方案。采用该方案顺利地完成了某型号舱内结构的装配,装配精度满足设计要求。The instrument bracket in airproof spacecraft is mainly used to install a variety of payloads, which is assembled on the spacecraft module. The claim of design, difficulty in assemblage and technologic resolution is introduced. Considering the highly assembly accuracy of instrument bracket, the accurate measurement is difficult and the assembly stress is high because mounting surface precision is poor, technology measures is made which includes a accurate measurement-aided assembly, laser radarlaser tracker measurement and add adjusting shim between mounting surface. Using this process measures, instrument bracket of a type assembly is successfully completed. The assembly accuracy meets the designer's requirements.
