射钉技术在自动钻铆系统中的应用研究

摘　　要：分析了自动钻铆上钉工艺流程,介绍了自动钻铆系统在国外的应用情况,分析了上钉技术在自动钻铆设备中的应用现状,分别对直线射钉装置、水平射钉装置及U型射钉装置的原理及工作过程进行了分析研究,最后对国内射钉技术的发展提了几点建议。The process flow of sending fastener is analysed. The applications of automatic riveting system in foreign aerospace industries are introduced. The use of feeding rivet technology in automatic riveting system is analysed. The principle and process of linearity injector, horizontal injector and U injector are researched and analysed. Several suggestions of development of inject fastener are given in the end.
