摘 要:针对目前三次采油注聚物现场使用的静态混合器对聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)剪切降解大的缺点,研究设计了一种减少切割分离作用的静态混合器,通过剪切降解实验得出,PAM溶液的降解率随叶片单元数目的增大而增加,随着叶片角度的增加而减少,与流量近似成线性关系;优选出降解率小于2%的内管长度与叶片角度的尺寸优化组合,叶片角度为90°的内管长度最长。Considering the big shear degradation in mixing polyacrylamide (PAM) caused by static mixer for the tertiary oil recovery,a special static mixer for mixing polymer was designed to reduce shearing effect.The degradation experiment shows that PAM solution degradation rate increases with the number of leaf unit and decreases with the increase of blade angles,as well as approximates the linear relationship with the flow.Optimizing both inner tube length and leaf blade angle shows that when the degradation rate becomes less than 2% and the blade angle stays at 90°,the inner tube has the longest length.
