摘  要:目的了解杨浦区淡色库蚊4种常用杀虫剂的抗性水平,制定科学的蚊虫控制策略。方法采用WHO推荐使用的生物测试法(浸渍法)测试Ⅲ龄末Ⅳ龄初幼虫的半数致死中浓度。结果杨浦区淡色库蚊对氯菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、双硫磷抗性倍数分别为60.14、6.49、5.29和3.59。结论杨浦区淡色库蚊对4种常用杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗性,其中对氯菊酯产生了高抗性,对其余3种为低抗性。加强抗性监测及治理,停用高抗性杀虫剂以及防止或延缓抗性产生和发展的一切措施均是杨浦区蚊虫防制的必要手段。Objective To investigate the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens to four common insecticides for mak- ing the dynamic mosquitoes control strategy in Yangpu District, Shanghai. Methods The dipping method rec- ommended by WHO was used in this study. Results The resistance ratios of Cx. pipiens pallens in Yangpu District to permethrin, beta- cypermethrin, dehamethrin and Temephos were 60. 14, 6.49, 5.29 and 3.59 respectively. Conclusions The results showed that Cx. pipiens pallens had different resistance to the four com- mon pesticides tested. Of which, Cx. pipiens pallens had high resistance to permethrin and low resistance to other three pesticides. To control the mosquito effectively are to strengthen the monitoring and management of resistance, to forbidden the high - resistance - level pesticides and to make the measures to prevent the resist- ance improvement.
