不同成分的电蚊香片对淡色库蚊杀灭效果的观察

摘　　要：目的通过实验,选择灭蚊效果较好的室内蚊香片。方法从市售众多电蚊香片中,综合比较药物成分、市场反应情况以及性价比等方面因素,选出全无敌、绿叶、彩虹3种电蚊香片,在实验室条件下进行药效评价实验。结果全无敌、绿叶、彩虹3种电热蚊香片对淡色库蚊的KT50分别为4.4min、4.7min、5.2min,1h击倒率分别为92.6%、94.5%、90.6%,24h死亡率分别为96.7%、95.9%、95.0%。结论全无敌、绿叶、彩虹3种电热蚊香片均属A级,灭蚊效果好,比较而言,绿叶电热蚊香片灭蚊性价比较高,可作为二炮驻京单位室内蚊子防护首选药物。Objective To select the suitable electricmat for killing mosquitoes From many electricmat for killing mosquitoes in the market, Quanwudi, Lvye through experiments. Methods and Caihong electricmat were se- lected to kill the culex pipiens pallen by comparing insecticide composition comprehensively, market reaction and other factors. Results The KtS0 of Quanwudi, Lvye and Caihong electricmat against culex pipiens pallens was 4. 4min, 4. 7min, 5.2min, respectively. The drop rate for lh was 92. 6%, 94. 5%, 90. 6%, respective- ly. The killing rate for 24h was 96. 7%, 95.9%, and 95.0%, respectively. Conclusions According to effi- cacy assessment standard of the insecticide indoors, Quanwudi, Lvye and Caihong electricmat all belonged to level A and had good efficacy against culex pipiens pallens. Comparatively Lvye was relatively high, therefore, Lvye can be suitable for killing indoor units in Beijing. speaking, the cost effectiveness of mosquitoes for the second artillery
