摘  要:目的探讨头发消化方法对钙、镁、铜、铁、锌、锰元素测定的影响。方法分别使用2种不同湿消化法和微波消解法进行前处理,并采用火焰原子吸收光谱测定头发中的钙、镁、铜、铁、锌、锰含量。结果 3种方法处理后所测各元素含量结果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),且用微波消解法处理后所测含量结果相对偏差较小,3种方法的加标回收率分别在91.7%~104.1%之间,精密度试验的相对标准偏差均<5%。结论采用3种方法都可取得相对准确的测定结果,但是微波消解法操作简单、省时、试剂用量少、样品污染少,是较理想的消化方法。Objective To investigate influence of the digestion method for determing calcium, magnesium, cop- per~ iron, zinc and manganese. Methods The wet digestion and microwave conduct pretreatment, and the content of calcium, magnesium, copper, iron, digestion method were used to zinc and manganese in hair was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometric method. Results The element content results of three methods after processing were not statistically different ( P 〉 0.05 ), and the content results by using the microwave digestion method after processing was relatively stable. The recovery rate of three methods was be- tween 91.7 % - 104. 1%, and the relative standard deviation of precision test of was less than 5%. Conclu- sions Three methods can all get relative accurate results of determination, but microwave digestion method has the advantages of simple operation, time saving, less reagent consumption, less contamination of samples, which is an ideal digestion method.
