摘  要:目的通过调查了解从业人员梅毒感染情况,探讨防控策略。方法选取石家庄市疾控中心体检所2006-2011年从业人员体检血液检验结果和登记人员资料,对梅毒抗体阳性者进行问卷调查。结果 427 664例从业人员体检中,梅毒抗体阳性者133例,阳性率3.110/万,2006-2011年梅毒抗体阳性率发病率呈上升趋势,2011年梅毒抗体阳性数明显增高,不同年龄组梅毒抗体阳性率以≤20岁年龄组最低,21~30岁年龄组阳性率最高。在不同行业人群中,洗浴行业从业人员阳性率最高,美容美发行业次之。结论健康教育和干预应具体化、生活化,使教育对象在日常生活中采取梅毒预防措施。分析不能实行相关健康行为的主要原因:①对梅毒危害认识不够;②对梅毒传播途径不甚了解。提示行为干预应注重技巧的培训。Objective To investigate and understand the infection status of syphilis of practitioners, as well as discuss prevention and control strategies. Methods According to the blood test results and the registration per- sonnel data of practitioners in Shijiazhuang CDC from 2006 to 2011, a questionnaire survey was conducted on syphilis positive antibody. Results There were 133 syphilis infection cases in 427 664 cases of medical practi- tioners. The positive rate was 3. 110/10 000. From 2006 to 2011, the incidence of positive syphilis antibody increased. The number of positive syphilis antibody significantly increased in 2011. Among different age groups, the positive rate of syphilis antibody in ~〈20 years old group was the lowest, and the number of posi- tive cases in 21 -30 years old group was the highest. In different industry groups, the positive rate of bath in- dustry practitioners was the highest, followed by the beauty industry. Conclusions Health education and inter- vention should be specific and live, The object of education can take syphilis prevention measures in daily life. The main reasons for can not implement related health behavior were : ( 1 ) people do not know the harm- ness of syphilis ; (2) people do not know the way of transmission of syphilis. Prompt intervention should be fo- cused on skill training.
