摘　　要：目的分析乌鲁木齐市急性弛缓性麻痹(acute flaccid paralysis,AFP)病例监测工作的现状,评价监测质量。方法对2009-2011年我市所有AFP病例主动监测上报资料和实验室的最终检测结果进行分析。结果各年AFP病例报告率均达到1/10万的国家标准,38例AFP病例的合格粪便标本的病毒分离,均为阴性。结论乌鲁木齐市AFP病例监测的各项监测指标维持在较高水平,达到了1/10万人的发病率标准,但个别区县AFP病例监测工作仍需进一步加强。Objective To analyze the mornitoring status of acute flaccid paralysis （AFP） and evaluate its quality in Urumuqi. Methods The information of initiative monitoring AFP cases and detection of laboratory in our city were analyzed. Results The report rate of AFP cases reached the national standard of 1/100 000 every year. The results of virus isolation from stool specimens were negative in 38 AFP cases. Conclusions The mo- nitoring indicators of AFP cases of Urumqi remained at a relative high level which reached the morbidity stand- ard of 1/100 000, but the AFP surveillance work of individual counties still need to be further strengthened.
