川射干中非异黄酮类化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的:研究川射干中的非异黄酮类化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析及Sephadex LH-20等色谱技术分离和纯化化合物,根据理化性质和光谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从川射干中分离得到5个非异黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为:十四酸(1)、二氢山柰甲黄素(2)、茶叶花宁(3)、二茶叶花宁(4)和点地梅双糖苷(5)。结论:其中,化合物1为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物5为首次分得的天然化合物。Objective： To investigate non-isoflavonoid compounds of Iris tectorum. Methods：The compounds were isolated by col- umn chromatography on silica gel and purified by Sephadex LH-20. Structures of these compounds were elucidated by spectral analysis and physiochemieal properties. Results：Five non-isoflavonoid compounds were isolated and their stuctures were identified as： tetrade- canoieacid （ 1 ）, dihydro-kaempferide （ 2 ）, apocynin （ 3 ）, diapocynin （4）, teetorusid （ 5 ）. Conclusion ： Compound 1 is isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound 5 is isolated from natural plant for the first time
