摘　　要：利率市场化是深化金融体制改革的必由之路。随着我国利率市场化改革的不断推进,利率市场化对储蓄国债市场的影响日益显现,并对储蓄国债发行管理提出了更高的要求。本文就我国利率市场化对储蓄国债发售的影响进行分析,并对进一步完善我国储蓄国债发行管理进行了探讨。The interest rate market-based reform is the inevitable way to deepen financial reform. As China＇ s in- terest rate market-based reform progresses, its impact on savings bonds market is becoming more and more evident, and puts forward savings bonds issuance management higher requirements. In this paper, we analyze the impact of in- terest rate market-based reform on savings bonds issuance. Then we put forward some countermeasures.
