摘　　要：国库资金风险,是指国库资金发生损失的不确定性。国库资金一旦发生损失,将对财政预算的顺利执行和国民经济的正常运转产生重大影响。本文着重从业务管理方面分析国库资金遭受损失的可能性,并提出防范国库资金风险的政策建议。Risk of state treasury funds means the uncertainty that the state treasury funds suffer losses. The lose of state treasury funds would have great impact on the performance of budget and the normal operation of national econo- my. This paper analyzes the risk of the state treasury funds in aspects of morality, institutions , business and manage- ment caused by a variety of uncertain factors, and discusses countermeasures to take precautions against risk of the state treasury funds.
