广东深莞惠地区公共图书馆第五次评估定级工作情况简析

摘　　要：2013年7月广东省文化厅组织专家对深圳、东莞、惠州地区公共图书馆开展第五次评估定级工作。复评结果显示,深莞惠公共图书馆事业发展水平与当地的经济发展水平密切相关,具有鲜明的地域特点,总分馆建设模式成熟,办馆条件较好,自动化、信息化程度较高,读者活动活跃,服务效益明显,但也存在着内部差异,以及人才队伍建设、基础业务工作薄弱等突出问题。评估标准有必要给予各省区灵活的细化空间,并适当引入服务成本核算的理念。In July 2013, Department of Culture of Guangdong Province conducted the 5th assessment in 16 public libraries of Shenzhen, Dongguan and Huizhou. Results show, the public librarianship development level of Shenzhen Dongguan Huizhou Economic Circle is closely related with the level of local economic development. It has distinct region characteristics, mature pattern of general branch library construction, good running condition, highly informatization and automation, vibrant reader activities and obvious service benefit. But there are also some internal differences and constraints, such as deficiency in talent team building and weak groundwork. Therefore, assessment standards should be more flexible and open in different districts; and it is necessary to introduce the concept of service cost accounting
